Privacy
- We use Google Cloud and Firebase to store and process account information, such as your email address, name and AI Sensei preferences, and uploaded game data to provide your personal Go game review library and related services.
- We use PayPal and Stripe to process payments. Payment processing may involve sharing information needed for the payment and subscription, such as your email address and an internal account reference, with the relevant payment processor.
- Feedback submitted through the site is stored and sent to our support channels through Discord and email hosted by mailbox.org. This may include your message, name, email address and account reference. Feedback in languages other than English may also be sent to AI translation providers, such as OpenAI, so we can respond to it.
- We only send marketing emails and newsletters with your permission. We may also send essential account and service communications, respond to your requests, and send notifications you have selected in your email preferences.
- Uploaded games can be accessed by anyone with a link to the game. Do not include information in uploaded game files that you do not want people with the link to see.
- You can remove uploaded games from your library at any time. This does not erase all underlying stored game data. To request erasure of game data or deletion of your account, email info@ai-sensei.com. You can use this template and replace the square brackets with the corresponding information:
